Open your Apple ID subscriptions in iPhone Settings, select Fortis, and choose Cancel Subscription. Removing the app does not automatically cancel billing.
App Store payments and refunds are handled by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in, select the Fortis purchase, and follow Apple’s refund instructions.
